Building Engineer

HanmiGlobal is seeking an experienced Building Engineer (Civil) to manage and oversee housing development projects. The candidate will ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards while collaborating with project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate construction plans.

• Supervise site activities and manage contractors.

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Address project issues and provide solutions.

• Infrastructure and PAHW experience is essential

Qualifications:

• BSc Electrical from reputed University.

• KSE Membership

• Relevant experience in residential construction.

• Knowledge of Kuwaiti building regulations.

• Valid Kuwati Civil ID + Other relevant documents

• 12+ years experience
