BUILDING GENERAL FOREMAN

- Supervision and Coordination: Direct and supervise the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and other workers on site, ensuring they are following plans and meeting deadlines.
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and identify any potential issues or defects.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any safety concerns on site.
- Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Communication and Reporting: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, and prepare reports on project progress and status.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise on the job site, ensuring projects are completed successfully.
- Coordination with Subcontractors: Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
