Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations, manage workers, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.
Supervise daily construction activities and site workers
Coordinate with engineers, main contractor, subcontractors, and workers
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, schedule, and safety requirements
Manage manpower, tools, and materials on site
Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations
Work at height and oversee high-risk activities
Handle day & night rotating shifts and overtime when required
