Job Description
Urshan University is seeking an experienced and proactive Building Maintenance Technician II to oversee the daily operations of campus maintenance activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all university buildings, residence halls, classrooms, and common areas are maintained at the highest standards of safety, functionality, and appearance. The Building Maintenance Technician II will lead a team of technicians, manage work orders, and support preventive and emergency maintenance operations across the campus.
