Building Maintenance Technician

• Perform general building maintenance, including minor repairs, geyser thermostat replacements, and light fixture installations.
  
• Handle a wide range of handyman tasks with precision and efficiency.
  
• Safely work at heights when required.
  
• Install signage, disclaimers, and window coverings as directed.
  
• Identify, report, and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  
• Execute instructions from Directors and departmental managers.
  
• Oversee on-site security and cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
  
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment within all managed properties.
  
• Communicate effectively with tenants and address their maintenance concerns.
  
• Remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure or urgent situations.
  

• Must have a valid driver's license.
