Building Maintenance Technician | Pasir Panjang

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works within the building.

• Maintain building facilities such as electrical systems, air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing and fire protection systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is working properly.

• Attend to building defects, breakdowns and maintenance requests.

• Coordinate with external contractors for servicing and repair works.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts and consumables.

• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• NTC/NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.

• Hands-on experience in basic electrical troubleshooting and repair works.

• Able to read and understand electrical drawings.

• Knowledge of air-conditioning, plumbing and building systems will be an advantage.

• Able to work independently and handle maintenance issues.
