Building Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties -
- Daily inspection checks and operation of powered industrial vehicles (PIV), including but not limited to tow motors and cranes
- Inspect, service and upkeep of HVAC systems and cooling water systems
- Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include: repairing doors, lockers, replacing lights, painting and other building related items
- Minor plumbing which consists of running, gluing threading, replacing or unclogging
- Clean and assist with upkeep of the facilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned which may involve troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs and plans repair work using building schematics or equipment manual as needed
- Ability to pass 5-panel drug screen, urine or saliva through the staffing company
- Reliable Transportation
- Must pass the following tests upon direct hire:
- Lift 50 pounds
- 20/40 vision, corrective lenses allowed
- 9-panel drug screen, urine or saliva
