Corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities.

Responsible for the guidance and direction of the Building Management Section of the Facilities Management Branch. Responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Building Management Section which includes design and construction of new and existing space, space utilization management, supervision of the operation of all building operations systems which include utilities, heating and cooling systems, domestic water distribution systems, waste collection and efficient exhaust systems, primary and secondary electrical distribution systems, building elevator operations and maintenance, building life safety equipment, building security functions, occupant emergency planning and building evacuation programs, supervision of the building cleaning, custodial, and commissary operations. Has a large number of tenants who constantly compete for resources. This requires extra attention for needs related to cleaning, parking and renovations. This person must always exercise a great deal of tact and personal relation skills in resolving complaints and completing request for services.
