Part-time Building Security Supervisor at the Appleton and Heart of the Valley YMCA locations, monitoring building activities on evenings and weekends to keep members, guests, and staff safe. The role also includes giving facility tours, answering programming questions, and helping maintain a secure environment.
The Appleton YMCA and Heart of the Valley YMCA are hiring Building Security Supervisors for evenings and weekends, to observe & monitor activities throughout our building and ensure the safety of our members, their guests and our staff. Working as an extension of our Membership team, staff also provide facility tours to new members, answer programming questions and help maintain a secure environment for all that visit our Y.
This is a part-time position with very flexible scheduling. Additional hours are also available.
- CPR, AED & First Aid training required, but can be completed after hiring.
- Good verbal & written communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide member support to members & guests of all ages and abilities.
