Building Services Engineer
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our existing team to work on a number of key projects in Singapore.
Key Skills
- All aspects of HVAC design and management
- Developing design briefs
- A proven experience systems design
- Load and system calculations
- HVAC system modelling
- Hydraulic analysis of air and water systems
- Conceptual and detailed design of HVAC systems
- Development of system schematics through all design stages
- Production of engineering designs, drawings, and documents
- Specification writing
- Building Management Systems – development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design stages
Key Requirements
- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5 years of experience in the design of mechanical services engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Have proven ability to work well with others in a multidisciplinary project team
- Be proactive with a strong ability to work independently and without supervision
- Strong work ethic, high level of integrity, self-motivated, proactive, with creative approach to thinking and problem-solving
