About the role

We are looking for a Building Site Manager with consolidated experience in the integral management of building works and the capacity to lead projects from start to finish. You will join a solid and growing construction company, managing high-quality building projects in Barcelona and its surrounding area.

What you'll do

• Integral management of building works from start to final delivery.
• Technical, economic, and temporal planning of projects.
• Cost control, certifications, and budget monitoring.
• Coordination of internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical management.
• Supervision of site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines.
• Resolution of technical incidents and decision-making during execution.
• Monitoring of production and periodic reporting to Management.
• Guaranteeing compliance with current prevention and quality regulations.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

• Technical training in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Manager in building projects.
• Demonstrated capacity to simultaneously manage the technical, economic, and human aspects of a project.
• Knowledge of the construction market in Barcelona and the surrounding areas.
• Problem-solving, organized profile with leadership skills.
• Result orientation and high quality standards.
