BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proficient in wet trades and/or dry trades
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman
• Report project progress to the Manager on a regular basis
• Plan, organize, and develop work schedules for site workers
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Act as a liaison between workers and management
• Ensure adequate manpower and proper staffing for the project
• Assign tasks and monitor worker performance
• Ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget
• Follow all instructions given by the Manager or Employer
• Maintain strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations
• Possess good mathematical skills for measurements and planning
• Maintain good physical condition and stamina
• Demonstrate a hardworking and responsible attitude
