Building Supervisor （security engineer）
Summary
Oversee security systems like CCTV and alarms during shifts, ensuring footage is stored correctly and reporting any faults or incidents per company and legal requirements.
Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm and fire systems during assigned shifts.
Save, retrieve and back up CCTV footage in accordance with company procedures and legal retention requirements.
Identify and report system faults, blind spots, black screens or other abnormalities.
Respond promptly to alarms and system incidents, and escalate issues to the relevant personnel when necessary.
Support emergency response procedures and maintain accurate incident records.
Follow company policies, operational procedures and safety requirements.
Requirements
Able to follow company procedures and work instructions.
Responsible, attentive and able to respond calmly in emergency situations.
Basic knowledge or experience in CCTV, access control or security systems is preferred.
