Building Supervisor
- Oversee ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), plumbing, and electrical systems. Schedule routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Supervise on-site maintenance crews and negotiate contracts or coordinate with external vendors for specialized.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure the facility meets local codes, fire regulations, and occupational health and safety (EHS) standards.
- Manage supply inventories, track maintenance budgets, and maintain documentation for facility operations.
- A strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) building systems.
- The ability to make quick, practical decisions during facility emergencies.
- Proficiency in managing multiple work orders, schedules, and budgets.
- Typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management. Certifications in facilities management or related technical disciplines are highly preferred.
- Serve as the first point of contact for feedback, emergencies, and complaint resolution to ensure occupant satisfaction.
