Building Technical Officer
- Plan, prepare, monitor and update infrastructure maintenance programmes and project schedules
Review and/or undertake preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. - Lead technical investigation in response to fault calls.
- Review documentation on procedures and schedules of maintenance works.
- Track consumable and non-consumable items.
- Review risk assessments in accordance with regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) standards and their practices.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost, and quality management.
- Support the use of the latest smart facilities management trends or technologies.
- Coordinate and manage contractors on maintenance/project works
- Prepare annual budget and expenditure for maintenance/project works
- Draft contract specifications for calling of quotation/tender for maintenance/project works
- Liaise with government agencies on civil and marine related issues
