Summary
Performs daily inspections and troubleshooting of building equipment and electrical systems, responds to tenant complaints, and manages inventory and contractor oversight in Singapore.
To carry out routine daily / weekly / monthly inspections on building equipments and systems
To carry out front line troubleshooting / retification on equipment fault and electrical tripping
To attend to customers, tenants or occupiers feedback / complaints
To keep track of spares and stocks inventory
To check on term contractors' work
