Our Client is a leading company in the marine energy and bunkering industry. This role is responsible for overseeing the company's end-to-end bunkering operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
【Responsibilities】
- Oversee daily bunkering operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo handling, bunker delivery, and Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer operations.
- Plan bunker vessel schedules for loading, bunkering, and STS activities.
- Monitor fuel quality and quantity while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with terminals and suppliers to ensure smooth loading operations.
- Review purchase agreements to ensure compliance with commercial terms.
- Lead and manage the operations team, including Cargo Officers and other operational staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage the operations budget and maintain financial accountability.
- Lead digital transformation and technology initiatives within the operations department.
- Review and improve operational procedures, workflows, and compliance with SS648, QMBS, and other industry regulations.
- Work closely with the Ship Management team to ensure all operational staff comply with safety requirements.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 5–7 years of experience in operations management, within the maritime or bunkering industry
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Good knowledge of the marine and bunkering industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
(Advantage)
- Experience in cargo blending operations is an advantage
