• Operate the bus safely along assigned routes and schedules.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.

• Ensure passenger safety, including proper boarding, seating, and disembarking procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, inside and out.

• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to management.

• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip logs.

• Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies.

• Assist passengers with special needs as required.

• Valid bus/heavy vehicle driving license appropriate to local regulations.

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably with buses or passenger vehicles.

• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

• Good knowledge of the assigned route area and local traffic regulations.

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify mechanical issues.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness
