Job Overview: The candidate for this position will be responsible for developing new small business relationships by cross-selling applicable products and services to create lifetime customers and generate additional business partnerships.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Providing direction and support to the lending staff and servicing existing business loan and deposit portfolios
• Ensuring the relationships meet compliance and regulatory standards
• Sourcing and establishing new banking relationships and lending opportunities to align with Market objectives

Requirements for the position include:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Experience developing business and/or customer relationships
• The ability to work flexible and/or late hours

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
• Banking Experience
• Experience in Business Lending
