Business Adoption of Power Platform (Microsoft Copilot Studio) (f/m)

We are looking for an experienced Business Adoption & Power Platform Expert to drive the adoption, governance, and standardization of Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform within a large international organization.

This is a consulting and solution architecture role for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology. You will support the design of modern AI Agent solutions, define governance standards and best practices, and advise both business and technical teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the adoption and implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform across the organization.

• Advise business and technical teams on designing AI Agent-based solutions.

• Define governance, standards, and best practices for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment readiness.

• Create and maintain templates, documentation, and best practice materials to support platform adoption.

• Promote AI awareness and drive the adoption of Microsoft AI solutions across the organization.

Requirements

Must-have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Strong consulting skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders on solution design.

• Experience designing solution architecture and governance standards for Power Platform.

Nice-to-have

• Experience creating training materials and delivering workshops.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, especially:

  • Azure OpenAI

  • Azure Functions

  • Logic Apps

  • API Management

• Microsoft certifications such as:

  • PL-400

  • PL-600

  • AI-102

  • AZ-204

  • or equivalent.
