Business AI Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a Business AI Solutions Engineer to join our newly established role at our professional services team at Rise.

In this role, you'll identify opportunities, develop AI-powered solutions, and automate business processes across the organization.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to turn ideas into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI and automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows.
• Build integrations between internal systems, APIs, and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Own solutions end-to-end, from initial concept to deployment and optimization.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and drive their adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation, software development, technical solutions, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and AI-assisted development.
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Ability to independently design, build, and troubleshoot technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Advantages

• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience building AI agents, RAG solutions, or LLM-based workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL, cloud services, and data platforms.
• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI development tools.
• Background in AdTech or SaaS environments.
