Business Analysis Specialist Internship

Within the **Sales Planning and Support** function, and in particular within the **Reporting, Analytics & Sales Governance** team, we are looking for an intern who wants to deepen their understanding of commercial business dynamics and develop skills in Business Analysis. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work with the team on collecting and analysing sales data, monitoring key commercial KPIs, and preparing reports and dashboards to support business decisions. The internship will also allow you to deepen your use of analysis and Business Intelligence tools, contributing to the improvement of reporting processes and the identification of new efficiency opportunities, including through exploring applications of Artificial Intelligence in the commercial area. **Specifically, working alongside the team, the intern will be responsible for the following activities:** - Support the analysis of order, pipeline and commercial performance data, contributing to the identification of trends and possible areas for improvement. - Collaborate on the preparation and updating of periodic reports, dashboards and commercial KPIs to support management. - Support the collection and organisation of data from the various company functions, contributing to targeted analyses and to the automation of reporting processes through Business Intelligence tools. - Collaborate with the Sales Management Team in monitoring performance and supporting sales forecasts (forecast). - Contribute to the exploration of new solutions and tools, including those based on Artificial Intelligence, to foster innovation and the efficiency of sales processes. **Ideal profile and professional requirements** We are looking for a curious, motivated person who is interested in developing skills in data analysis and commercial dynamics, with the following requirements: - A course of study in economics, statistics, management or related disciplines, or a recently obtained degree. - Good knowledge of Excel and an interest in deepening its use for data analysis. - Good analytical skills, precision and an aptitude for problem solving. - Interest in the sales world, commercial dynamics and business performance analysis. - Good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teamwork and collaboration with stakeholders from different company functions. - Proactivity, curiosity and a willingness to learn. - Good knowledge of the English language. **ECONOMIC AND CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS** Contract: **6-month internship** Schedule: **Full time** Expense reimbursement: **€800 net per month + €8 meal voucher (ticket restaurant)** The position is based at our **Milan** office. _The selection is open to all people, in compliance with the Equal Opportunities Code (Legislative Decree 198/2006) and anti-discrimination legislation (Legislative Decree 216/2003).
