Business Analyst (1-year contract with benefits)
About the role
Zeen Innovation is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to lead client-centric solution design and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be capable of working autonomously, requiring minimal guidance from hiring managers while delivering impactful solutions that align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
Engage with clients to deeply understand business challenges and architect innovative solutions
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with a strong focus on end-to-end solution design
Develop and refine business models, workflows, and frameworks to optimize operational efficiency
Take ownership of the design and implementation of business solutions, ensuring they meet strategic objectives
Collaborate with IT and development teams to drive seamless integration of business requirements into technical solutions
Lead and facilitate client workshops, presentations, and stakeholder discussions
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address business challenges
Ensure all project deliverables align with business goals and deliver measurable value with minimal oversight
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role
Proven ability to work independently and lead business transformation initiatives
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic planning skills
Expertise in designing business solutions and process optimization
Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
