Business Analyst - 3 month contract

Salary: $400 - $600 p/day

About the Company
Our client is a private equity backed services business, undergoing a major simplification project to streamline its corporate structure.

This is a hands-on Business Analyst contract supporting the project. You'll engage stakeholders across corporate functions to identify, source, and register third-party agreements, working closely with the legal and project teams to consolidate to form one source of truth.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Engage a diverse range of stakeholders across corporate functions to gather requirements
• Identify, source, and register third-party agreements relevant to the Entity Simplification Project
• Support the Legal team in assessing how agreements can be novated or assigned to the new standards
• Maintain accurate data and documentation to track agreement status throughout the process
• Provide spreadsheet-based analysis to support decision-making

Skills and Experience

• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders to gather requirements
• Procurement experience, and comfortable reviewing legal contracts and documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
