Business Analyst - 3 week contract
Summary
A Business Analyst gathers and documents requirements, maps processes, and facilitates workshops to align government IT initiatives with operational needs.
Salary: $62 per hour + SA

Working closely with project teams, clinical stakeholders and business units, you will play a key role in understanding business processes, gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and ensuring solutions align with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder consultations
- Map and improve business processes and workflows
- Develop business cases, process documentation and user guides
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery
- Promote best practice business analysis methodologies including BPMN and process modelling
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex organisation
- Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Experience within government or other large enterprise environments will be highly regarded
