Business Analyst (30k x 15 months, Logistic, P&L analysis)
Salary: $28,000 – $33,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Conduct detailed data analysis for identify route and logistic hub P&L, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain business process documentation, flowcharts, and training materials.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to meet business objectives.
Support ad-hoc business analysis and reporting tasks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
Experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/Warehousing sector would an advantage but not a must
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
