Summary
Business Analyst who gathers, documents, and refines requirements for a healthcare eligibility and enrollment system, then supports dev/test teams during sprints.
You Are:
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong analytical ability, a desire to learn complex systems and detailed business logic/data, and the communication skills needed to engage stakeholders and summarize issues clearly.
- Prepare materials and facilitate requirements meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Create and update system design documents, process flows, and decision logic based on evolving project needs
- Create JIRA tickets for analysis, sprint planning, and development activities.Support developers and testers during sprints by:
- Providing overviews of design changes
- Reviewing test cases
- Answering functional and design questions
- Adjusting designs as needed

Apply a methodical, structured approach to analyzing complex problems and system behaviors

Learn and interpret detailed business logic, data structures, and rules related to eligibility and enrollment

Document requirements, track issues, and maintain clear and comprehensive notes, summaries, and presentation materials

Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure alignment of requirements, design, and implementation.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Experience supporting full SDLC activities on large‑scale or complex projects
- Demonstrated analytical capability and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.

Deep analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with development and testing teams

Interest in healthcare accessibility and eligibility/enrollment systems
- Moderate proficiency with:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Flow diagram tools (e.g., Visio)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including:
- Strong notetaking
- Issue summarization
- Presentation creation
- Professional correspondence

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
