Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and developers to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  
• Develop clear and detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  
• Document requirements for system enhancements and new features to guide the development team.
  
• Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
  
• Design and recommend improved workflows to automate manual tasks, enhance system integration, and boost operational performance.
  
• Partner with technical teams to ensure the smooth implementation and integration of new systems and features.
  
• Take an active role in system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  
• Coordinate end-to-end project activities to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, pinpoint bottlenecks, and identify new opportunities.
  
• Create reports and dashboards to support strategic, data-driven decision-making across the business.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity (e.g., Systems Analyst, Product Owner).
  
• Proven track record in system implementation, process improvement, or workflow automation projects.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
