Role & responsibilities

About the Role

Position OverviewIn this role, you will bridge the gap between product strategy, enterprise workflows, and hands-on AI agent development.You will be responsible for defining agentic requirements, orchestrating multi-agent workflows, designing and conducting agent evaluation sessions, and building low-code/no-code AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio. A key objective of this role is to measure current versus future-state efficiency and drive a targeted 20% improvement in productivity and operational cost savings.Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Requirements & Process Mapping
• Agent Development & Implementation using Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio
• Agent Evaluation & Quality Assurance
• PDLC Analytics, Metrics & ROI Measurement

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Graph API.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic Workflows, and AI Guardrails.
• Experience in analytics, KPI measurement, ROI tracking, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure AI Evaluation, LangSmith, TruLens, or similar evaluation frameworks.
• PL-300, PL-900, or PL-7001 certifications.
• Experience in enterprise automation or AI-assisted product development initiatives.
