Business Analyst – Agile Lead (Banking Industry)

Location: Alam Sutra - Tangerang (Full WFO)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven experience leading or managing Agile projects.

Experience working on IT projects, software development, or within Agile teams.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.

Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support effective project delivery.

Strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.

Able to work effectively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
