Business Analyst - AI & Automation

Immediate start is available for an experienced AI & Automation Business Analyst to join a team delivering new AI capabilities across the organisation.

This role will suit a Business Analyst who has already worked in this space and can take an opportunity from discovery and use-case development through to delivery and adoption.

You'll bring 5+ years of Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience, together with demonstrated experience across AI, automation, intelligent workflows or digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI use cases, including problem statements, scope, expected value and success measures
• Analyse existing processes and design future-state workflows and decision flows
• Assess feasibility and support prioritisation of opportunities
• Develop requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
• Work with technical teams across data, integrations and systems
• Support AI governance, risk, privacy and control requirements
• Coordinate UAT and contribute to testing, implementation and operational readiness
• Develop adoption, training and knowledge-transfer materials
• Track benefits, outcomes and value realised
• Apply AI tools to enhance analysis, research and documentation

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

• A strong understanding of generative AI and practical business applications
• Experience identifying and shaping opportunities for automation or AI-enabled improvement
• Strong process analysis and requirements capability
• Experience working with technical delivery teams
• Experience across discovery, feasibility, testing, UAT and implementation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• An understanding of responsible AI, privacy, risk and governance
• Practical experience using AI tools in your own delivery work
