We are looking for a Business Analyst who can connect business needs with digital product development. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, business users, and technical teams to turn ideas into clear requirements and solutions that deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, user needs, and opportunities for AI and digital solutions.
Gather and analyze requirements through interviews and workshops. Document business processes, requirements, and proposed improvements.
Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria that development teams can use.
Work with the Product Owner to prioritize features and maintain a product backlog that is ready 3–4 sprints ahead.
Serve as the team’s day-to-day contact for requirement clarification and business logic.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Developers, Data Scientists, and vendors to evaluate and deliver solutions.
Support solution reviews, product demos, testing, implementation, and improvements after launch.
Define and track measures that show whether delivered solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 and TOEIC score of 650 or above.
At least 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, Product Management, IT Consulting, or a related field.
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and working with stakeholders and development teams.
Good understanding of Agile delivery, product backlogs, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of AI, Cloud, Automation, Data Analytics, or enterprise digital solutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain business needs to technical teams and technical options to business users.
Good command of English for meetings, presentations, and documentation.
Experience with digital products and feature prioritization is an advantage.
