Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst with a strong banking background to join an AI transformation team onsite at a leading bank in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and AI technical teams, translating business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
The ideal candidate possesses solid banking domain knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a sound understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI and intelligent automation.
You will be involving…
Gather and analyse business requirements from banking users for AI and digital transformation projects.
Work closely with business users to identify challenges and opportunities for AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and AI development teams.
Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings and stakeholder discussions.
Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
Support project delivery, including SIT, UAT, implementation, and rollout activities.
Prepare business documents, process flows, and project reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
Keep up to date with AI trends and technologies relevant to the banking industry.
We are looking for…
Bachelor’s degree or above and 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of banking business processes and operations. Knowledge of banking compliance, risk management, AML, KYC, or regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience and sound exposure on AI platform, GenAI, LLM, chatbot, intelligent document processing, or automation projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into solution requirements.
Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience in SIT, UAT, and system implementation projects.
Professional certifications such as PMI-PBA, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications would be an advantage.
Proficient in both English and Chinese.
