The Job
Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work with product, engineering, business stakeholders, and investors.
- Facilitate key Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Maintain clear requirement and workflow documentation.

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
- Proficient in Figma, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience with AI agents or AI-powered products.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Startup or small product-team experience is preferred.
