We are looking for a Business Analyst Apprentice to join the Platforms & Solutions team and support ERP and Back-Office activities. Reporting to the ERP and Back-Office Applications Manager, you will contribute to operational support, continuous improvement of tools, and functional and technical documentation. This is an ideal position for a curious, structured, and service-oriented candidate with a strong interest in IT and business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Within the team, you will contribute to the effective management of Back-Office applications and projects within the Platforms & Solutions portfolio. You will work closely with internal users and stakeholders to understand business needs, handle requests, and support tool enhancements.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in Platforms & Solutions portfolio projects under the supervision of the ERP and Back-Office Manager.
  • Providing user support for ERP and Back-Office applications.
  • Handling incidents, issues, and enhancement requests.
  • Supporting ERP data management, integrations, and reporting activities.
  • Monitoring system performance and contributing to problem resolution.
  • Updating and creating functional and technical documentation.
  • Supporting users in the adoption of tools and internal processes.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong interest in Microsoft tools, ERP environments, and low-code/no-code technologies.

A good understanding of SQL databases, application interfaces, and IT support processes is appreciated.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Service mindset, teamwork, and ability to build consensus.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach and autonomy in monitoring and following up on actions.
  • French and English required; German and Spanish are appreciated depending on business needs.
