4. Lead the introduction and conceptualization of Pilots, Proof of Concepts in new technology areas
5. Scout for contemporary Business tools and latest Technology, Digital and Advanced Analytics solutions to help business improve Customer Engagement, Cost and Productivity
6. Implement Best business practices, Innovative Solutions and Continuous Improvement culture
7. Support in Change Management and Value Creation & Capturing
8. Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration, Knowledge Management and identify use cases to enhance Business Value
