Business Analyst (Ariba)
Summary
Integreon is hiring an SAP Ariba Business Analyst to support a large-scale contract data cleanup and remediation project for a financial services client. Day to day, the person reviews Ariba contract workspaces, validates and corrects contract metadata, identifies duplicates, performs bulk updates, and runs QC while coordinating with Legal and Ariba teams.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Review SAP Ariba contract workspaces and associated data.
- Validate contract metadata, dates, status, naming, identifiers, and documents.
- Review parent/child relationships and identify duplicates.
- Recommend and implement data corrections based on approved guidelines.
- Support bulk updates/uploads in Ariba.
- Maintain issue/exception logs and escalate unclear scenarios.
- Perform QC and ensure consistent application of data standards.
- Work closely with Legal and Ariba teams.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
- Experience with Ariba Contracts / Contract Workspaces.
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Contract Operations, Legal Operations, Procurement Operations, or Contract Data Management.
- Contract data cleanup, validation, migration, or remediation experience.
- Strong Excel and data-review skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Procurement, Information Management, or a related discipline.
