Business Analyst- Asst. Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a self-driven and analytical Business Analyst who can turn data into actionable business decisions.

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor key business KPIs and present meaningful insights to stakeholders to drive decision-making
• Design and implement end-to-end reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models
• Build interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau & Excel
• Handle complete data lifecycle - data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using SQL & Excel
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize existing reporting processes
• Stay updated with latest tools and technologies in data analytics and AI to bring innovation

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Tableau (Python, GCP, AI frameworks is a plus)
• Experience in data visualization, storytelling and dashboard creation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
