Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with assurance teams to identify workflow pain points across financial statement audits, employee benefit plan audits, 401(k) audits, and other assurance services.
- Support assurance-related platform initiatives, including Caseware Cloud, OnPoint, and FDAI-related adoption where applicable.
- Assess acquired firms' assurance tools, workflows, data, licenses, and training needs as part of integration planning.
- Document detailed requirements for automations, integrations, workflow improvements, AI-enabled capabilities, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with development, data, support, AI enablement, and DevSecOps teams to ensure delivered solutions meet assurance practice needs.
- Lead testing, feedback cycles, validation, and rollout readiness before solutions are released to assurance users.
- Provide training and adoption support to assurance professionals and newly acquired teams.
Education & Experience:
- 4+ years of assurance or audit experience, ideally at the senior or manager level.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong understanding of audit and assurance workflows, including audit documentation, engagement execution, review cycles, and practice tooling.
- Familiarity with tools such as Caseware, Suralink, Confirmation.com, OnPoint, InScope, or similar assurance platforms.
- Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to bridge business users and technical teams in a practical, execution-oriented manner.
- Interest in helping the assurance practice adopt innovation, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
