We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Business Performance & Transformation (BPT) team. In this role, you'll help assess, standardize, and optimize business processes while supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and enable scalable growth across ATI.

You'll partner with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Technology, and BPT to gather requirements, map current and future-state processes, and build data-driven recommendations that guide business decisions and transformation priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement and automation initiatives from discovery through implementation, including business assessment, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout
  • Own project scope, timelines, and delivery while ensuring initiatives are completed on time and aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Technology, and Business Performance & Transformation (BPT) to facilitate workshops, align priorities, and communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Analyze current-state processes and design standardized future-state processes, reports, templates, and solution recommendations that improve efficiency and scalability
  • Develop business cases by evaluating expected benefits, implementation effort, and business impact to support project prioritization and investment decisions
  • Drive the successful rollout of proven solutions across multiple operational teams by creating reusable documentation, playbooks, templates, and best practices
  • Monitor project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence

  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or business process improvement, with a proven track record of leading projects from initiation to implementation and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on experience using at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool, such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, to analyze, model, and visualize data
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience documenting business requirements, process maps, workflows, and business cases
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with process automation, Business Process Management (BPM), or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data warehouse concepts, or data transformation
  • Experience using project management or collaboration tools such as JIRA
  • Exposure to the travel, BPO, consulting, or shared services industry
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, Agile/Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma
  • Previous people management experience
  • Deep software engineering or programming expertise
