Business Analyst
- Work with business partners and stakeholders to identify learning objectives based on target audience and create appropriate courseware.
- Advise on optimal operational processes while identifying region-specific nuances
- Extensive experience using LoanIQ in commercial lending
- Previous experience in implementation/migration projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending, syndicate lending, and wholesale banking
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to provide updates to senior management on progress of migration
