Business Analyst – Automation & AI Enablement
Summary
Drive enterprise-wide process excellence by documenting workflows, gathering requirements, and analyzing operational data to identify standardization and efficiency gains across departments.
This role brings core business analysis skills — process mapping, requirements gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder facilitation — to bear on enterprise-wide operational improvement rather than a single department or initiative. A working awareness of automation and AI-enabled tools is expected so the Analyst can recognize when they may be relevant, but the role’s focus is broader operational excellence, not automation or AI specialization.

◦ Gather, document, and validate business requirements for cross-functional process improvement initiatives

• Standards and Frameworks
◦ Develop and maintain enterprise-wide process excellence standards, frameworks, playbooks, and documentation
◦ Ensure process documentation is current, clear, and actively used across business units
◦ Serve as a liaison between operations, business units, and other functional teams on enterprise process excellence initiatives
• Stakeholder Facilitation and Collaboration
◦ Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across business units to surface pain points and improvement opportunities
◦ Collaborate with process owners and technology teams to translate improvement opportunities into actionable initiatives
◦ Support change management and communication planning for enterprise process initiatives
• Measurement and Reporting
◦ Track, measure, and report on the outcomes of process excellence initiatives, including efficiency, quality, and cost impact, at an enterprise level
◦ Provide leadership with enterprise-wide visibility into process performance trends and improvement outcomes
• Technology Awareness
◦ Maintain a working awareness of automation and AI-enabled tools relevant to process improvement, and flag potential opportunities to the appropriate teams
◦ Deep technical specialization in automation or AI tools is not required for this role
