Aware is regarded as a leader in outsourced IT services, assisting the largest telecoms, banking, and technology firms in Thailand.

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to ensure that solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document clear, actionable business requirements.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to uncover insights and define scope.

• Approach each interaction with empathy, actively listening to understand stakeholder concerns and goals.

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support go-live activities.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Support product roadmaps with market research and competitor analysis when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Familiarity with web and mobile banking solutions, and experience in product development.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency with data analysis and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Jira, Confluence).

• Understanding of Financial or Insurances.

• Insurances Background in Policy, Underwriting, Claims, Billing

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• High emotional intelligence and a customer-centric mindset.

• Confident in delivering presentations and facilitating cross-functional discussions.

• Native Thai, with good command in English
