What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international project in a dynamic and multicultural environment. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, implementation, and evolution of digital services, acting as the bridge between business, operational, and technical teams. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are effectively delivered, and new functionalities generate value for end users. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about digital transformation, business analysis, and Agile delivery practices, and who enjoy working in collaborative and cross-functional environments.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital solutions;

• Organize and facilitate workshops with business and operational stakeholders;

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization;

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams;

• Coordinate and follow up on development activities, testing phases, and solution delivery;

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of releases and new product implementations;

• Collaborate with business, operational, and technical teams to ensure seamless service integration;

• Facilitate project meetings and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders;

• Design, execute, and validate user acceptance tests (UAT);

• Identify, prioritize, and monitor issue resolution to ensure solution quality;

• Contribute to the deployment of new products and functionalities;

• Prepare and deliver training sessions to end users and business partners;

• Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous product improvement;

• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and user expectations.

Your Main Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Business Analysis, Digital Projects, Product Delivery, or similar roles;

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements;

• Experience working with digital products, applications, or transformation initiatives;

• Knowledge of digital development methodologies and best practices;

• Experience supporting testing activities and release management processes;

• Familiarity with tools such as Postman and other testing tools is considered a plus;

• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments;

• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
