We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can connect business needs with technology solutions.

You will work closely with business teams, product owners, developers, QA, UX/UI, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and turn ideas into clear, actionable solutions.

This role will support various digital projects, including ThaiMart.com, e-commerce platforms, internal systems, and other business-driven technology products.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements from users, clients, and stakeholders

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and documentation

• Create BRD, business process flows, user flows, data flows, and related documents

• Work with developers, QA, UX/UI, PO, and PM to ensure smooth project delivery

• Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and issue tracking

• Analyze business processes and suggest practical improvements

• Manage requirement changes, project issues, and stakeholder communication

• Help ensure the final solution truly solves business problems

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Coordinator

• Experience in software, website, web application, mobile application, or digital platform projects

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum

• Able to write clear requirements, user stories, flows, and test scenarios

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, Draw.io, Figma, or similar tools is a plus

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail platform, or back-office systems is a strong advantage
