Business Analyst
Business Analyst role supporting assigned business vertical with responsibility for application details management, system interfacing, data management, and user community support on business queries and system usage.
Key responsibilities
Collate and manage all details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical, including system interfacing, data content, and application data
Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities
Understand the scope of the project and changes associated, and support the Project Manager in impact assessment, documenting rationale where no impact is assessed
Play a governance role in ensuring design aligns with strategic data flow strategy for projects with identified impact
Collate and rationalise all stakeholders' requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
Partner with the team in the solutioning process to ensure business solutions are implemented with long term, standardization, and design considerations
Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders
Manage overall UAT in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/re-run and testing results
Prepare documentation on data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template
