Business Analyst - Banking System Transformation

Salary: Up to 33k per month - dependent on experience

We are partnering with a market leading bank to find a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Retail Credit Decision Engine system.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to play a key role in a high-impact multi-year transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing User Requirements and Functional Specifications for the new Decision Engine system
• Support the migration of data and credit decisioning rules from legacy systems to the new platform, covering Credit Cards and Unsecured Personal Loans
• Translate credit policy statements into logical rules (e.g., IF-Then-Else, lookup tables, scorecards) for IT development and implementation
• Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases to validate migration accuracy and system functionality
• Document UAT outcomes and coordinate with vendors on defect resolution and system fixes
• Monitor vendor deliverables to ensure timely completion and alignment with stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate daily communication and coordination with internal stakeholders across IT, Business, and Operations teams

Essential Experience and Skills:

• University graduate or holder of relevant professional qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in system implementation and migration projects in banking/ financial services
• Experience with UAT and/or retail credit Decision Engine systems is highly advantageous
• Retail lending products (e.g., Credit Cards, Unsecured Personal Loans) exposure is helpful
• Knowledge in Retail credit policies and acquisition decisioning is a bonus
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to change
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
