Operation Tasks

• Provide periodic report based on the needs of related organizations requirement.
• Support to realize improvement resumed in SII document.
• Resolve incident to ensure the SLA achievement.

Project Tasks

• Conduct Project Management process according to applied BSI Project Methodology based on the determined role.
• Proactively learn new technologies to enrich the knowledge of related unit.
• Conduct requirement analysis, with discussion, create mock up, etc, and create appropriate to-be design document, and testing scenarios.

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science Minimum graduated from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience as as Business Analyst/System Analyst/Consultant
• Have a basic SQL skill and Querry.
• Intensive experience in exercising IT Project Management and Business Process Improvement
• Understand of IT Services Market & Business will prefered
• Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)
