Business Analyst

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business process and project requirements
• Translate business requirements into user stories or functional requirements
• Create process maps, user stories, and relevant documentations
• Support the Program Manager and Product Owners in delivering the project on-time, and within budget
• Facilitate UAT with the business units
• Ensure that requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Must have worked on both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Must be a team player
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year IT-related course or applied science course (e.g. IT, Engineering, Math, Physics)
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the development of web and mobile applications
• Must have experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Must be familiar with agile practices and ceremonies
• Must have completed an entire SDLC
• Relevant work experience, particularly in banking or investments industry
• Experience with and understanding project management processes/business analysis strategies and methodologies
• Knowledge of BABOK processes and concepts preferred
• Experience in system and process documentation, IT development, and project management and implementation
