Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements to translate needs into clear functional specifications
- Model business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to improve workflow efficiency
- Apply Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Gantt Charts to visualize project timelines and system designs
- Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Utilize programming knowledge in JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP to support solution design and validation
- Employ development tools such as Visual Studio, NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau to facilitate project execution
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and documentation of requirements
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and stakeholder expectations
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Business Process Modeling using BPMN (mandatory)
- Experienced in UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC methodologies
- Familiarity with programming technologies including JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP
- Skilled in using Visual Studio and tools such as NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
